Refund policy
We have a conditional 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Failure to meet all of these criteria will result in a rejection of a refund request.
To request a return, please contact us at oracle@sellgeek.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- Your shipping address.
- The item you are requesting to return.
- Photography of the item you are requesting to return.
- The reason for the request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted under any circumstance, and we will not take ANY responsibility at all for it. Full stop.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and devise remedies, if realistically feasible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like consumable goods (such as notebooks, writing implements, office supplies, et al.), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We cannot and will not accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days of aforesaid confirmation.
Please note that we do not offer full refunds on any item after purchase. We offer, at our sole discretion, partial refunds only. This means that we do not, under any circumstance, refund the original shipping & handling charges (as those have already been paid out to the League of Fulfillment). Out of any refund that we do issue, we also subtract the amount returned to cover our return intake processing fee, which includes the postage and handling fees relating to the return.
For any refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For a quicker refund, we offer the ability to convert monies due into a Digital Gift Card ("DGC", "Gift Card", "Gift Certificate") which is treated as Cash. Protect your Digital Gift Card as you are solely responsible for it. The Digital Gift Card can only be used against goods on SellGeek.com, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
