Shipping policy

All in-stock orders are shipped out within 5 to 7 business days, provided:

1. Full payment on shipping costs is furnished.
2. Information provided by customer is true and accurate. 
3. A force majeure event has not occurred, examples thereof including but not limited to:
1. Viruses (c.f. COVID-19);
2. Civil unrest;
3. Catastrophic events filed under "Acts of God";
4. Sharknadoes;
5. Ragnarok;
6. Cylons executing their "plan";
7. Alien probes sending messages for whales;
8. Paving of a hyperspace expressway;
9. Anything else written by Harlan Ellison, J. Michael Straczynski, Neil Gaiman, or any other creative;
10. Fall-out from the ending of any Star Wars trilogy;
11. The promotion of Harry Kim.

Any orders where a non-refundable deposit has been remitted will be treated under a different timeline, and shall ship in accordance to the estimated dispatch date provided on that particular product's listing.
